Elmore Alexander has a wealth of experience in organizational and management development with a wide range of organizations.  Trained and certified by the Myers & Briggs Foundation, he has provided individual and group feedback and development based on the MBTI to hundreds of students and business leaders.  He has worked with organizational leaders to evaluate their performance, management systems and strategies.  His approach to Executive Coaching is three-fold:
